2. It should be noted that exothermic reaction should not occur in the FRP storage tank, because if exothermic reaction occurs inside it, the FRP storage tank will be damaged. If exothermic reaction is inevitable, install cooling device to cool down and resist the exothermic reaction in the storage tank. Therefore, in the process of use, it is also necessary to avoid being close to fire and heat source.

3. When transporting FRP storage tanks, we must pay attention to the mode of transportation. After transportation, the cylinder body should be checked to see if there are cracks, because if there are cracks in the cylinder body of FRP storage tanks, accidents will occur in the subsequent use.

4. When in use, the maximum working pressure of the Pressure FRP storage tank shall not exceed the set value in the design. Unless it is specially treated in the design, its vibration source, cold and heat pipes shall be isolated and supported from the cylinder block.

5. When using atmospheric FRP storage tank, it should be noted that because its design feature is the hydrostatic pipe connected with the atmosphere, attention should be paid to maintaining the good and smooth connection between FRP storage tank and the atmosphere, especially the vertical flat bottom storage tank, which can not bring pressure to the interior of the storage tank due to venting or feeding.

6. Pay attention to the design indexes when using it. Whether it is temperature, medium concentration or pressure, it shall not exceed the design indexes.

Daily maintenance of FRP storage tank
