1、 Medium stored in FRP storage tank: what medium is contained in FRP storage tank? The materials of FRP anti-corrosion layer corresponding to different media are different, which will affect the price of FRP storage tank.

1. If salt and other media are filled, it can be made of simple 191 resin and glass fiber (medium alkali or no alkali);

2. If industrial hydrochloric acid is installed, it needs to be made of 901 resin (other corrosion-resistant resins can also be used) and glass fiber (preferably alkali free);

2、 Structural process of FRP storage tank: there are two processes of FRP storage tank: manual paste making and mechanical winding. Now mechanical winding process is widely used to make FRP storage tank. Generally, the strength of FRP storage tank with the same wall thickness made by mechanical winding method is stronger and durable than manual paste process.

3、 Thickness of FRP storage tank: FRP storage tank is divided into four layers: anti-corrosion layer, filter layer, reinforcing layer and outer surface layer. Each layer has its own design thickness. If the thickness needs to be increased according to the process requirements, the price will rise.

4、 Number of FRP tanks: the more FRP tanks of the same model, the lower the production cost.
